We are looking for a passionate Store Manager in Geneva who thrives in a dynamic environment, leads with a positive attitude, and inspires their team to deliver great guest experiences.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and inspire your team in line with company values and operational principles.
* Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, ensuring optimal performance and building a strong talent pipeline.
* Manage schedules, absences, and compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
* Maintain a safe, healthy, and hygienic working environment (HACCP).
* Oversee stock handling, ordering, and waste management to meet targets efficiently.
* Ensure a guest-first approach and foster strong community relations to drive loyalty.
* Monitor KPIs, including sales, labor costs, waste, and compliance.
* Optimize store performance and profitability while fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive store culture.
Qualifications
* Degree in Hospitality Management from a Swiss school or holder of a Patent.
* Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
* Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
* Knowledge of HACCP standards, inventory management, and basic financial principles is a plus.
* Familiarity with Swiss legal frameworks and labor regulations (OR, ArbvG, L-GAV) is a plus.
