We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Banking Assistant to support client-facing teams and back-office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, service-driven, and interested in growing within the financial services sector.
What You’ll Do
Provide administrative support to relationship managers and banking teams
Assist with client onboarding, account openings, and KYC documentation
Process payments, transactions, and maintain client records
Coordinate with internal departments such as compliance, legal, and operations
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
Ensure all tasks follow internal policies and regulatory standards
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in banking, finance, or administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and a professional, client-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with banking systems (e.g., Avaloq, Finnova) is a plus
Fluent in English; German, French, or Italian is an asset
Commercial diploma or degree in Banking, Finance, or Business Administration
