Main Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and manage on-site, off-site and virtual meetings and trainings across international time zones (calendar support, townhalls, workshops, functional meeting series, catering orders)
2. Independently identify and initiate process improvement areas across departments or function with limited direction
3. Perform special projects and/or other functions to support the business as assigned or proactively identified (locker management, building access management etc.)
4. Communicate with management and staff at all levels, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
5. Partnership with other Data & Digital Administrative Assistants for both day-to-day operations as well acting as backup
6. Other related job duties as assigned / office & site operations management
7. Onboarding management internal hires (hardware/phone order, distribution lists if applicable, TEAMS membership management, training assignments in Up4Growth

Qualifications and Experience:
9. Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
10. High School Diploma is required, Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
11. Experience working with an executive level manager strongly preferred
12. Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
13. Excellent planning and organizational skills
14. Superior attention to details
15. Demonstrated accuracy and speed in the use of standard office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
16. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and to perform tasks simultaneously with supervision in a fast-paced team environment
17. Ability to be resourceful, obtain information from the Intranet, learn new software programs quickly
18. Excellent interpersonal skills (team player)
19. Excellent (oral and written) communication skills
