About the Role
As Store Design Implementation Manager, you will be at the forefront of bringing our retail design vision to life across international markets. You will be the key link between creative concept and on-site execution, ensuring each store opening reflects our brand's aesthetic, quality, and operational excellence.
In this central role, you will act as the guardian of our global store design guidelines, overseeing their accurate application and continuous evolution. Your responsibilities will include technical planning, managing external partners, and driving continuous improvements in execution processes and toolsets.
You will report to the Global Retail Development Manager and work closely with local retail teams, architects, shop-fitters, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement global retail design standards across local store development projects worldwide, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
* Translate store concepts into precise technical plans using AutoCAD LT: Layout, Elevation, Floor, Electrical, HVAC, Ceiling, Illumination.
* Conduct international site surveys, including taking accurate measurements on site.
* Manage execution partners (shopfitters, general contractors) and oversee plan delivery and build-out in close collaboration with local retail markets
* Conduct quality and execution audits and lead cost control processes.
* Continuously improve workflows, documentation standards, and technical toolkits.
* Evaluate and integrate new technologies (e.g. digital planning tools, sustainable materials, smart construction methods) to optimize execution efficiency and quality.
* Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external experts to align on timelines, feasibility, and innovation.
The Profile
* Minimum 10 years of experience in retail store execution planning, store rollout, or interior architecture.
* Expert-level user of AutoCAD LT
(3D knowledge is a plus).
* Skilled in translating creative concepts into executable technical plans.
* Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Travel: approx. 30%
* Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented mindset with strong project management discipline.
* Naturally collaborative with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and design integrity.
