PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Enable overall programs/projects, and work streams deliverables (e.g., planning, milestones execution, monitoring, financials) in alignment with strategic direction.
Lead assessments, oversee program/project results, and translate outcomes into insights to steer the program/project successfully.
Support development and track/monitor delivery of roadmap for global implementation of digital solutions and new processes in partnership with Global and Markets.
Manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to sponsors and senior management (e.g., Steering Committees).
Lead change and communication efforts, leveraging different communication channels.
Effectively deploy a project management/change management toolkit across work streams to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverabl
