AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
This position offers an excellent opportunity to enter the Revenue Management field by taking on specific responsibilities, providing support and backup to the Revenue Manager, while developing the skills required for a future leadership position in Revenue Management.
The Revenue Management Executive will contribute to the hotel's room revenue by supporting the Revenue Manager in the development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies, based on future demand forecasts, current trends, and historical data.
Profile Required
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in a career in Revenue Management, combined with technical aptitude and analytical skills.
Specific requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience within a hotel group
Professional certification (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Ability to adapt quickly to change
Analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box
Detail-oriented and hands-on attitude
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and French
Potential to grow into a leadership role, motivate, and develop talent
Demonstrates energy, enthusiasm, and initiative
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Opera/Fidelio PMS
Interest in the W Hotels passion points: body, taste, scene, sound, stance
