Quality and food safety management system:
supporting Quality Department staff in various tasks relating to monitoring plans (analyses and controls).
update, improve or create, if necessary, operational documentation in line with the IFS Food standard and our customers' requirements (quality management system documentation)
train our staff on the documentation in place and on food hygiene and safety rules
Food safety management system deployed in production workshops:
take an active part in the various control and monitoring plans for the Quality system and get involved in corrective measures and corrective actions.
taking part in the various field controls and inspections.
supporting and checking the application of hygiene and food safety rules in the field.
updating training materials and participating in the ongoing training of operators and sector leaders.
assist with the various task-sharing monitoring activities:
finished product control plan: microbiological and organoleptic controls.
surface control plan (cleaning controls), water, air, etc.
phytosanitary control plan for raw materials.
hand washing and BPH control plan.
plan to combat food fraud
Quality management system tasks :
manage customer complaints, customer responses and associated indicators.
manage internal complaints with raw material suppliers.
carry out statistical extractions in order to monitor indicators (KPIs).
What you bring with you A CFC in the food industry or equivalent diploma recognised in Switzerland
3 to 5 years' professional experience in the field of food safety, acquired within a Quality department of a food industry
Experience of certification requirements such as: IFS or BRC in food safety
Very good knowledge of the usual office tools (MS-Office)
