We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security professional to drive and oversee security initiatives for hardware and embedded systems in a complex, fast‑paced environment. You will be responsible for defining and enforcing product‑specific security measures, ensuring compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and embedding Secure‑by‑Design principles throughout the product lifecycle. A strong understanding of embedded device security and regulatory requirements is essential.
Responsibilities
* Design, define, and deploy security controls for embedded hardware and firmware.
* Conduct threat modeling and penetration testing on embedded devices.
* Develop and maintain product security architectures, including firmware, hardware, and interface layers.
* Ensure product compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act and applicable ISO/IEC standards.
* Work closely with development teams to promote secure coding practices for embedded software.
* Support security activities throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development to deployment.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in embedded and product security (e.g., secure boot, firmware protection, hardware‑based encryption).
* Solid understanding of secure hardware design and product security standards.
* Experience with ISO 27001, IEC 62304, and ISO 14971.
* Hands‑on experience with threat modeling methodologies (e.g., STRIDE) and OWASP concepts adapted for embedded systems.
* Practical experience performing penetration tests on hardware and embedded devices.
