3 years of industrial experience, preferably in polymers production, familiarity with production processes at both lab scale and pilot scale, including agitation, reactor, temperature and safety control, purification and waste treatment Knowledge in Mechanics and/or Electricity is a plus.
Ability to work with a results-oriented approach.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn new production or measurement techniques.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge in English.
Authorization to work in Switzerland.
