Job Description
We are seeking a senior consultant to lead the Target Price Range (TPR) integration project and drive the organizational change management process as part of the expanded SP&C mandate.
This role is critical to ensuring the successful adoption of new processes across global, regional and affiliate levels.
The perfect candidate possesses extensive experience in project management and organizational change management, coupled with a proven history of managing senior stakeholders within intricate matrix organizations.
Your Tasks
* Co-lead the process/pricing tool implementation integration project, ensuring design, implementation and alignment with the new pricing function mandate.
* Drive organizational change management as a core responsibility, shaping communication, training and adoption activities to ensure smooth transition.
* Manage senior-level stakeholder engagement, including Pricing Squad, Commercial Enablement, IT teams, DiaPrice and other system owners.
* Navigate complex organizational dependencies and competing priorities with resilience and focus.
* Set and embed best practices for governance, communication, and process sustainability at global and regional levels.
* Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful operational handover once stabilized.
