Our goal: to ensure the continuity and peace of mind of our clients through rigorous and proactive service.Responsibilities- Management and administration of Microsoft 365.- Supervise maintenance tasks for the fleet, backups (Synology NAS, etc.), and monitoring (RMM, Zabbix).- Manage AD / Entra ID accounts; deploy Windows 11 workstations (macOS is a plus).- Install and maintain workstations, servers, printers, and network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, UniFi VLAN) firewall.- Security management; Cloud Antivirus and Antispam.- Proficiency in VMWare and HyperV.- Occasional travel between client sites (NE, BE, FR, Bienne).Required profile- CFC or equivalent qualification.- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role/environment.- Perfect command of Windows 11, Office 365, and Teams (macOS knowledge appreciated).- Solid networking foundations: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLAN, UniFi Wi-Fi.- Category B driving license and personal vehicle.- Fluent French, good technical English (minimum B1), (German is an asset).- Analytical skills, service-oriented, autonomy, and rigor.We offer- A dynamic and friendly environment within a stable structure.- Certifying training (Microsoft, cybersecurity, UniFi) and real prospects for development.- Flexible working hours.Interested?Please send your CV as well as a cover letter (or a short video).
