Job Description
The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies for The Woodward, Auberge Resorts Collection. This property-based role will oversee the overall marketing strategy, driving social media, public relations, partnerships, digital, and ecommerce efforts to ensure all communications align with the property's positioning. Additionally, the role will support communication strategies for partnerships, sponsorships, and unique experiences in collaboration with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Auberge Resorts Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, quick to learn new systems, adaptable to changing priorities, and passionate about luxury branding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive awareness and revenue for the hotel, including rooms, F&B, spa, and experiences.
2. Collaborate with property leaders and the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) on local marketing strategies to support F&B outlets and the spa.
3. Partner with the Auberge Resorts Marketing and PR teams to create global brand collaborations and unique experiences.
4. Create compelling, storytelling-driven property collateral.
5. Coordinate with the DOSM, Marketing Team, SVP of Brand, and PR team to execute PR strategies.
6. Support sales efforts with high-quality collateral.
7. Manage the hotel and F&B social media accounts to align with brand strategy.
8. Oversee asset management.
9. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
10. Lead website content management, including copywriting, imagery, and videos.
11. Coordinate digital marketing creative assets and support plan execution.
12. Adapt and drive the hotel marketing plan as needed.
13. Assist in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders.
14. Support onboarding of on-property team members.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in luxury or design marketing, social media, or PR.
* Strong understanding of luxury style, design, and branding nuances.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Collaborative mindset with influential skills across cross-functional teams.
* Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented.
* Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
* Fluent in English and ideally in French.
