For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Senior Network and Security Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for strengthening the infrastructure team in the context of moving towards a new environment as well as on cross-network/security projects. Your mission Coordinate and advise stakeholders (project manager, architect, IT teams) on technical choices and network/security related to the drafting of specifications in the context of a call for tenders and ensure technical follow-up of network/security elements. Produce and maintain the technical documents, procedures, and network/security architecture diagrams. Carry out the design of equipment in (routing/switching, firewalls, network services) and prepare for the deployment of equipment on-site, ensure advanced level support, and analyze/resolve network and security incidents. Your profile Proven experience (7-10 years) in network and security infrastructure: LAN, WAN, WLAN, M2M, firewall, VPN. Experience in design and architecture of network and security infrastructures. Mastery of Palo Alto firewalls and routing/switching on Aruba (AOS, AOS-CX), with a good understanding of infrastructure served by the network: VMware, NAS/SAN. Mastery of a load balancing solution (A10) and knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes. Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, plan/coordinate activities, and write technical documents; experience in public transport IT is a plus.
