As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle of battery energy storage systems—from design to commissioning. You will ensure each project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while coordinating with internal engineers, clients, and external contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
* Develop project schedules and budgets
* Coordinate engineering, procurement, and field service teams
* Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
* Travel within Switzerland and the EU for site visits and meetings
Stakeholder Communication
* Main contact for clients, suppliers, and partners
* Conduct status meetings and ensure transparent updates
* Manage expectations, contracts, and reporting
Technical Coordination
* Collaborate with engineers to meet specifications
* Supervise installation and commissioning
* Ensure regulatory and safety compliance
Resource & Budget Oversight
* Control project costs and vendor contracts
* Allocate internal and external resources
* Align project metrics with business KPIs
Quality Management
* Conduct quality inspections
* Ensure complete documentation and certifications
* Resolve conflicts and issues during execution
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 3–7 years of project management in energy, electrical, or infrastructure fields
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Fluent in English and French (mandatory); German is a plus
* Based in Zurich or open to relocation
