We are currently looking for a
Key Account Manager (m/f/d), 100%, based in Lausanne OR Geneva
As a Key Account Manager at ManpowerGroup, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding relationships with key clients in your portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and driving revenue growth. You will focus on increasing the share of wallet with existing clients, acquiring new clients aligned with business priorities, and fostering long-term partnerships through exceptional client management. This role demands a strong ability to engage with clients, close deals, and act as a vital communication link between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Growth
* Increase the share of wallet within the existing client portfolio by identifying and seizing business opportunities.
* Proactively manage and deepen relationships with key clients to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Client Focus and Service Delivery
* Ensure the highest levels of focus and service delivery for existing clients by working closely with internal teams.
* Address client needs pragmatically and deliver effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction and trust.
Client Reporting and Business Reviews
* Develop and implement structured processes for client coverage, including regular client reporting.
* Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate account performance, identify opportunities, and set actionable goals.
New Client Acquisition and Onboarding
* Identify and acquire new clients in alignment with business priorities to expand the client base and support growth objectives.
* Oversee the activation and onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth handover and setup process.
Internal Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
* Act as a key communication link between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on client needs and project delivery.
* Facilitate strong internal coordination to provide seamless service to clients and meet their evolving requirements.
Requirements:
Professional Experience
Proven experience in a key account management or client-facing role within a B2B environment, ideally within staffing, HR services, or consulting.
Client Interaction Skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and close deals effectively.
Problem-Solving Ability
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt and deliver solutions based on client needs.
Communication
Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration, ensure clarity, and serve as a reliable link between clients and internal teams.
Languages
Fluent in French and English.
