Oversee the HR operations for all Swiss employees
Define HR processes, strategy and best practice
Work closely with the Executive Committee to ensure the HR function supports the business and its growth
Manage recruitment for strategic positions
Implement effective talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development
Support and accompany managers with any HR related question
Proven track record within an HR leadership role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Experience working in international or multicultural environment
Willing to travel
