We are recruiting on behalf of an international logistics and transport company headquartered in Europe (Germany / France / the Netherlands).
The company operates a Swiss subsidiary that manages critical flows for industrial, retail and FMCG clients. In this context, we are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager able to oversee demanding operations in a highly process driven and performance oriented environment.
Your responsibilities
• Manage daily logistics operations (transport, warehousing, distribution).
• Coordinate inbound and outbound flows for key customers.
• Optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with international headquarters teams to align standards, IT systems, KPIs and reporting.
• Manage Swiss service providers, carriers and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss standards regarding safety, regulations and deadlines.
• Prepare and monitor key indicators (OTIF, lead time, quality, costs).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cross functional projects.
Profile
• Proven experience in logistics, transport or supply chain in Switzerland.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Comfortable with KPIs, logistics systems (WMS/TMS) and structured processes.
• Fluent German, very good English. French is a plus depending on the region.
• Strong customer focus, operational mindset, responsiveness and rigor.
• Ability to operate in an international environment with high expectations.
