Our Client Channels Team is responsible for the development of physical and digital touchpoints of Zürcher Kantonalbank, handling millions of interactions daily. You will be instrumental in elevating access to our digital channels and ensuring an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee products in ID Management & API Banking, including authentication, authorization, and consent management.
Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, business engineers, and developers.
Manage stakeholder relationships, gather requirements, and advise stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog within an agile environment (SAFe or Scrum).
Candidate Profile Experience in stakeholder management, business analysis, or requirements engineering, preferably in CIAM or IT security.
Degree in computer science, economics, or related field is advantageous.
Proficiency in agile methodologies helps manage hectic periods effectively.
Knowledge of digital identities, authentication procedures, OAuth, OpenID Connect is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset and structured working approach.
Proficiency in German (C1-C2).
