To support the growth of our agency and complete our management/PPE team, we are looking for a versatile property manager on a permanent contract whose main responsibilities will be: Participate in the daily and technical management of the buildings/PPE. Ensure the management of rents, advertisements, property visits, the selection process of files, the establishment of lease agreements, and the management of entry and exit inspections. Establish and ensure follow-up on purchase orders/requests for quotes. Enter and process supplier invoices. Manage the follow-up of claims. Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with property owners, concierges, and contractors. Requirements: CFC of commercial employee or equivalent experience in the real estate field. Mastery of French (oral and written), with very good writing skills. Good knowledge of English (oral and written), other languages are welcome. Mastery of tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, property management software). Driver's license. Ease of autonomy, sense of initiative, and team spirit. Good stress management.
