About our client For our client in Schachen, we are looking for an Export Specialist (m/f/d). In this role, you ensure that domestic and international shipments especially in a temperature-controlled environment are executed efficiently, correctly documented, and fully compliant.
Your responsibilities Coordinate, organize and control temperature-controlled air and ground transportation for domestic and international shipments.
Work closely with internal interfaces and external partners (e.g., planning/disposition, freight forwarders, other stakeholders) to ensure smooth distribution activities.
Prepare and compile shipping and trade documents for export/import in accordance with Global Trade Compliance and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) (incl. proforma invoice, packing list, dangerous goods declaration, Certificates of Origin).
Ensure compliance with country-specific import requirements (e.g., customs authorities, veterinary, environmental, health) based on internal country-requirement sources and other regulatory provisions.
Serve as the main point of contact and advisor for distribution topics for both internal teams and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support.
Support the import team with import activities (cross-trained / backup coverage).
Your profile Completed commercial apprenticeship ( EFZ ) or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of professional experience in export operations .
Very good knowledge of ERP systems and confident user of MS Office .
Structured, independent, and reliable working style.
Team-oriented, service-minded, and resilient personality.
Business-fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills.
