Positioned at the crossroads of global trade and geopolitics, these territories offer exceptional opportunities for defense companies that bring innovation, reliability, and trusted collaboration. /p pThis position will cover the industrial demand for technology bricks and modules mainly in KSA, UAE and Turkey. The introduction of SAFRAN products, intensification of SAFRAN’s recognition, and anticipation of partnerships with domestic and international players in the region are expected to bolster the growth prospects of SAFRAN. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious sales manager based in Switzerland but ready to travel to the region frequently. /p h3You will be responsible for the following key activities /h3 ul liDevelop the markets to create a substantial contribution to the Ultisense business /li liIdentify business, build trustful relationships with and secure orders from (large) industrial defense accounts /li liWork together with business partners and the liaison organizations in the territories /li liUnderstand current and develop future customer requirements /li liStructure the go-to-market strategies and develop, implement and measure KPIs of growth and success /li liCreate and implement marketing initiatives in close cooperation with the marketing and product management teams /li liParticipate in important exhibitions and conferences /li liSupport, evaluate, develop and improve industrial partnerships /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liYou are familiar with the target territory and ideally understand its defense market from former positions /li liYou are very familiar with the Turkish and/or the Arabic culture /li liYou think strategically with a proven record of defense sales of high‑tech products /li liYou can switch between different stakeholders in complex buyer structures /li liYou have a technical background, enjoy diving into end‑user applications and technical negotiations (sensors, electronics, software) /li liYou have excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as intercultural awareness in dealing with our customers and partners /li liYou are preferably an engineer with complementary education in sales management and marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience /li liKnowledge in trade and contract law is considered advantageous /li liYou are a team player who understands to embed SAFRAN Vectronix’ departments and the international SAFRAN group collectively /li liFluency in German and English is mandatory while French, Turkish, and Arabic would be beneficial /li liYou are willing to travel (approximately 50%) /li liYour home base will be in Heerbrugg, Switzerland /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
