They play a key role in implementing employment policy and combating unemployment.Within the framework of the system deployed within the regional employment offices (ORP), aimed at facilitating the professional integration of job seekers encountering personal obstacles that limit their effectiveness in searching for or maintaining sustainable employment, we are looking for committed and motivated socio-professional integration specialists to strengthen our teams.As a socio-professional integration specialist, you evaluate and define the actions to be taken and follow up on all steps in collaboration with various internal and external partners, and are required to develop solutions within the framework of the mandate. You play a key role in the development and implementation of measures adapted to the specific needs of the people followed and in the achievement of set objectives, with a view to removing the barriers hindering professional reintegration.By joining one of our ORP, you will have the opportunity to leverage your coaching skills and your experience in socio-professional support. Thanks to your expertise, you will be able to analyze complex situations and provide concrete solutions to remove barriers to employment. You will work in close collaboration with personnel advisors and diverse partners, which will allow you to develop a solid network within aid institutions.Responsibilities- Establish an action plan in congruence with the person followed and their personnel advisor, and define the intervention through individual coaching and support in the achievement of set objectives with a view to removing barriers, in order to prevent reaching the end of entitlement.- Evaluate and define measures and actions aimed at removing complex personal and social barriers hindering professional reintegration, and follow up on the steps in collaboration with various partners.- Identify and value individual potential that can be mobilized in the process in order to promote the autonomy and employability of each person followed.- Perform the entire processing of the insured person's file.- Execute any other task or mission entrusted by the hierarchy.For more information, please consult the job description by clicking here or contact the Head of Counseling and Integration.Profile- Holder of a diploma from a recognized social school (social work branch or other branch with a possible specific supplement) or university degree deemed useful for the exercise of the function.- Experience in the fields of socio-professional support and coaching, ideally linked to professional reintegration.- Your expertise allows you to analyze the situation of people in their entirety by carrying out a socio-professional assessment, and to identify and value individual resources that can be mobilized in order to promote autonomy and social integration.- You have a very good network and a very good knowledge of the various cantonal aid institutions, and have a marked interest in contemporary social issues (over-indebtedness, housing, reintegration, etc.).- You benefit from specific knowledge for the following fields: social insurance, social schemes, labor market, economic fabric, action networks.- Your social skills allow you to conduct structured interviews and develop constructive exchanges with all your interlocutors.- You are resistant to stress, rigorous, and precise in the execution of tasks.WHO ARE WE?Within the Directorate General for Employment and the Labor Market (DGEM), we support and assist local employment actors.Ensuring the surveillance of the labor market by protecting workers, preventing undeclared work, and ensuring the implementation of accompanying measures for the free movement of persons (ALCP) is part of our missions.
