The division
Group Technology Operations (GTO) designs, develops, and operates Global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, ensuring quality of service and cost efficiency aligned with business priorities. Its main activities include global product delivery, portfolio management, day-to-day operations, and proximity management with entities.
The department / team
You will join the Global Service Operations Department within the GTO Division, managing day-to-day IT service delivery for AXA globally, in partnership with Group Operations, AXA Entities, and external suppliers, following the GO IT Operations Framework, SLAs, OLAs, and security instructions.
Our main missions :
* Manage QoS and continuous service improvements across all AXA entities and products.
* Support the Market operationally to ensure QoS and provide a centralized view of global services.
* Operate standardized, global platforms and services, leveraging automation and self-service.
* Monitor application and infrastructure performance to identify issues impacting operations.
* Manage IT operations processes, including incident resolution, change management, and asset/configuration management.
* Facilitate Technology Resilience services, securing Business Continuity during crises.
* Define, implement, and govern IT Operations standards, including vendor adherence.
* Deliver and operate AXA’s Data Centers.
JOB ENVIRONMENT
As an Operational Resilience Officer, you will support the implementation and enhancement of the Operational Resilience framework, manage Crisis and Incident Management, Business Continuity, and IT Resilience processes, organize controls, participate in exercises, and support Crisis teams during crises.

* Manage the relationship between IT Service Continuity and Business Continuity, addressing operational risks.
* Contribute to IT Resilience activities, focusing on cloud-hosted and data center technologies.
* Understand regulatory impacts on IT Resilience in different regions.
Main Activities
1- Operational Resilience Framework :
* Ensure a consistent framework for risk management.
* Support the development and strengthening of Resilience strategies.
* Assist in maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.
* Participate in group initiatives related to Operational Resilience.
2 - Crisis Management / Incident Management :
* Contribute to Crisis Management processes.
* Organize and support tests and exercises.
* Support Incident Management during crises.
3 - Business Continuity (BC) Management :
* Participate in tests and exercises to maintain response readiness.
* Align Business Impact analysis with IT Service Continuity.
4 - IT Service Continuity Management :
* Monitor critical IT systems' responsiveness during disasters.
* Follow up on remediation actions in controls.
Your Profile
Understanding of Business Continuity Management lifecycle, IT Operations, and IT Continuity Service Management. Knowledge of Cyber Defense, Group Resilience processes, and tools. Skills in Risk Management, Business Impact Analysis, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Response. Proficiency in data analysis, ITIL, ServiceNow, and English. Soft skills include strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, calmness under pressure, proactivity, collaboration, and adaptability.
