Job Opportunity:
As a key player in our HR department, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless contract management, work certificate processing, and personnel changes. You will be responsible for coordinating and handling all HR administration tasks, including social insurance and time & absence management.
You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, providing expert guidance and supporting problem resolution. You will guarantee the quality of HR data and develop dashboards to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and systems for efficient customer-oriented HR administration. Additionally, you will manage an HR Operations Assistant.
* Proven experience in complex environments and demonstrated expertise in HR administration
* A strong interest in data analysis and experience with data processing
* A global and structured approach with the ability to take actions and make informed decisions
* Excellent knowledge of labor laws (regulations, data protection)
* Proficiency in English and French
* Advanced Excel skills
