A global life-sciences organization is seeking an experienced
Senior Process Expert in Logistics
to play a key functional role within the Logistics Department. This position focuses on designing, improving, and implementing compliant and efficient logistics processes in a GMP-regulated environment.

What You Will Do
* Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of all logistics and supply chain processes, including goods receipt, sampling, storage, and distribution.
* Develop, update, and maintain SOPs in line with regulatory and corporate requirements.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in local and cross-functional projects, from concept through execution.
* Represent logistics during regulatory inspections, client audits, and customer visits.
* Support deviation and change-control processes: perform second-level investigations, contribute to CAPAs, and ensure timely resolution in TrackWise.
* Design and deliver training programs to strengthen team capability and ensure high operational standards.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in GMP-controlled pharmaceutical or biotech logistics (inbound, sampling, warehousing, distribution).
* Proven expertise in designing, optimizing, and implementing logistics processes.
* Strong project management skills and ability to provide structured solutions to complex challenges.
* Advanced knowledge of SAP MM and EWM (inbound, warehouse integration, picking, shipments).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken).
