Accountant AP (60-70%)
Your mission:
* Maintenance of the invoicing process
Your Key Responsabilities:
* Pre-capture of the electronic incoming invoices (VIM)
* Scan and pre-capture of all paper invoices (VIM)
* Review / correction / reminder of approval processes in VIM
* Final check of approved invoices
* Prepare and release weekly payment run
What You'll Bring:
* EFZ (3-year apprenticeship) or higher education at tertiary level (federal diploma, federal master's diploma, professional certificate)
* Good knowledge of financial accounting
* Good language skills in German / English or German / French
* Knowledge of SAP / VIM Open Text is an advantage
* Knowledge of Excel is an asset
