Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, the Project Manager will lead cross-functional workstreams, establish governance frameworks, and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.Job DescriptionProgram & Project ManagementLead 9 cross-functional TA workstreams, including systems implementation and process redesignEstablish and evolve PMO frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standardsDevelop project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track milestonesConduct risk assessments and maintain RAID logs and GANTT chartsEnsure delivery of scalable solutions that enhance candidate experience and recruiter productivityStrategic Alignment & GovernancePartner with TA and HR leadership to prioritize initiatives and align with workforce strategiesDefine success metrics, track KPIs, and prepare executive dashboardsStandardize processes and tools across the TA functionStakeholder Management & CommunicationAct as liaison between TA, HR CoEs, Tech, Finance, and business functionsCommunicate goals, expectations, and updates to stakeholders at all levelsFacilitate governance meetings and steering committeesContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process optimization and tech enablementMonitor external trends in TA operations and project managementDrive change management to support adoption of new systems and processesThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; Master's or PMP preferred7+ years of experience in TA, HR operations, or PMO roles with global scopeStrong knowledge of TA processes, systems (ATS, CRM, HRIS), and metricsExperience leading cross-functional projects in complex, global environmentsSkilled in stakeholder management and influencing across senior levelsProficient in project tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Asana) and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI)Fluent in English; excellent communication and presentation skillsCurious, driven, and able to balance strategic thinking with operational executionA high-impact opportunity to lead a global transformation initiative in a fast-paced, international environment.
