Our client is an international company based in Geneva center.
Job Description
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all payrolls.
* Organize and structure payroll data processing.
* Manage payroll deadlines and monthly tasks efficiently.
* Handle all post-payroll activities.
* Address payroll queries and resolve or escalate them as needed.
* Keep payroll procedures up to date and develop new procedures when required.
* Support payroll and HR Operations-related project activities.
* Assist with reporting and audit queries.
* Maintain payroll security and confidentiality.
* Foster strong cross-functional team relationships.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors to ensure excellent service delivery and compliance across all countries.
* Identify and implement system and process improvements to ensure seamless integration between HR, Payroll, and Finance.

* Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws in Switzerland and other European countries.
