Sales Consultant – Full time
We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team and deliver the quintessential Bally experience to every client. As ambassadors of the brand, our Sales Consultants are committed, passionate, and dedicated to providing a true luxury experience while building long-term relationships with our clientele.
Desired Profile
* Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury or premium retail
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Strong clientelling focus and CRM knowledge
* Digital-savvy with familiarity in modern retail tools
* Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
* Passion for fashion and luxury goods
* Results-driven, proactive, and collaborative team player
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and support
* Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
* Foster customer loyalty through active client book development
* Participate in product trainings and new collection launches
* Maintain boutique standards, including VM, stock management, and replenishment
