As a People Services Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide client-focused support across Talent Acquisition coordination and HR administration. You'll be a key partner for candidates, hiring managers, and external providers, ensuring a smooth, professional recruitment experience while contributing to the day-to-day HR lifecycle of employees in a dynamic EMEA environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination - Coordinate interviews (on-site and virtual) and manage candidate schedules in collaboration with hiring managers. - Organize travel arrangements for candidates and support logistics with external partners when needed. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up on all actions. - Prepare recruitment reports, follow up on open positions, and support invoicing and related administrative tasks. - Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing a first-class experience throughout the process. HR Administration & People Services - Support administrative activities across the employee life cycle (onboarding, internal changes, offboarding). - Manage HR processes related to time tracking, leave, medical visits, vaccinations, awards, gifts, and employee files. - Oversee background checks with the external provider and ensure proper documentation. - Maintain and update HRIS systems and employee records with impeccable accuracy. - Handle incoming and outgoing HR-related mail and prepare ad hoc HR reports as required. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - 2+ years' experience in an international environment - Proven experience in recruitment coordination and/or HR administration. - Excellent written and spoken English and French. - Strong customer-service mindset and excellent communication skills. - Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel and Word; experience with ATS/HRIS systems is a strong asset. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. - Demonstrated ability to multitask thoughtfully and exercise good judgment.
