Senior Financial Analyst - Customer Profitability (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end net sales revenue controlling and customer profitability reporting.
* Collaborate with Commercial and Commercial Excellence teams to provide financial insights supporting revenue growth and strategic priorities.
* Assist in customer-centric business planning and negotiations.
* Improve analysis and reporting of customer financials continuously.
* Support automation initiatives to enhance stakeholder satisfaction in customer profitability functions.
* Ensure compliance with financial standards and contribute to financial planning processes.
Qualifications
* Over 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in commercial finance.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related analytical fields (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science).
* Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial modelling.
* Ability to analyze details while maintaining a strategic perspective.
* Proven team player with a business partnering mindset.
* Willingness to challenge the status quo.
* Interest or experience in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or RPA (Power Automate, UiPath) is advantageous.
