However, the organisation lacks a unified and scalable mechanism to track, prioritise and ensure implementation of these recommendations. /p pThe Insights-2-Action (I2A) initiative addresses this gap. Phase 1 validated the problem space and developed a user‑centred approach. Phase 2 focuses on deploying and scaling this solution across OCG and, where relevant, to other operational directorates within the MSF movement. /p pThe Senior Project Manager leads the full lifecycle of the I2A Phase 2 programme, including design, development, deployment and scaling across OCG and partner operational directorates. The role is accountable for delivering best value for the programme while balancing out with agreed scope, budget and timeline, and ensuring effective adoption through appropriate change management and stakeholder engagement approaches.
