Tasks
Project Leadership & Delivery
* Lead AMOS implementation projects across the customer lifecycle—from Kick-Off through to Go-Live.
* Define scope, create timelines, monitor progress, and manage stakeholder expectations with precision and composure.
Consulting & Functional Enablement
* Collaborate hands-on with clients to embed “best-in-class” AMOS-powered MRO processes (including Aviatar & flydocs).
* Act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation—covering adoption improvements, mobility and paperless maintenance.
* Share your knowledge and experience with both customers and internal teams through workshops and continuous upskilling sessions.
Requirements
Professional Requirements
* Proven experience managing digital implementation projects in airline or MRO environments, especially with AMOS.
* Deep, hands-on understanding of AMOS at a Key-User or Super-User level.
* Expertise in scheduling, scoping, stakeholder management PMP is a plus.
* Strong digital acumen: system configuration, mobility/mobile devices, API integrations, data analysis.
* Capabilities in assessing and mapping processes using methodologies like Lean, Value-Chain, BPMN.
Soft Skills
* Confident presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
* A collaborative and communicative approach, capable of adapting within dynamic project settings.
* Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
* Desire to travel internationally and able to relocate to the Basel area, Switzerland
