We are seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work with the pioneers of the SASE revolution and to drive revenue specifically within the Switzerland region.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify potential customers within the DACH region using various sales and lead generation tools.
Develop corporate customer prospects through direct calls and emails.
Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors to identify, qualify, and schedule presentations with potential customers.
Review leads weekly, update records, and generate activity reports.
Stay informed about new products and services through ongoing training and self-study.
Manage a high volume of business with discipline and effective time management.
Achieve or surpass sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Requirements
At least 3 years of SDR experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment, preferably in Networking or Security products.
Proven ability to exceed quarterly quotas.
Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution skills.
Strong cross-functional teamwork skills.
Excellent computer, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Discovering, or similar tools.
Willingness to travel to trade shows (~1-2 times per year).
BA/BS degree or higher education equivalent.
Fluency in English is required; German speaking skills are also required.
