We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor across several areas, including Engine Line, Module Line and Piece Part Repair in Bad Zurzach and Zurich-Airport. As An Engine Mechanic You Will
* Support disassembly and assembly of aircraft engines or modules on one of our engine lines, (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56)
* Ensure technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with applicable manuals and regulations
* Deliver assigned work on time and to high quality standards
* Apply Lean methodology and support continuous process improvement
* Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility
* Act with independence, efficiency, and cost-awareness
Your Profile
* Completed vocational training, ideally as polymechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery mechanic or from another highly mechanical/technical industry
* Relevant working experience within the Aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage
* Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Must be able to lift heavy objects
* High sense of responsibility and self-motivation
* Good English skills (minimum B1) and German speaking is an advantage
* Able to work in a 2-shift system
