Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Marketing Director to lead the definition and execution of global portfolio programs that drive growth, accelerate revenue performance, and support product development.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple products to achieve financial targets and facilitate go-to-market initiatives.
* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing plans and optimize business outcomes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and regional marketing, to ensure seamless program execution and market impact.
* Lead the development of marketing plans, roadmaps, and rationalization initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing; MBA highly preferred.
* 5+ years' experience in marketing, strategy, product management, or related field within the healthcare/medical device industry.
* Prior experience in the medical device infusion market preferred.
* Fluency in English; other languages considered a plus.
* Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, CRM systems).
* Working knowledge of AI tools to facilitate marketing activities.
* Up to 25% travel required.
