Project information

2. For our customer, we are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Compensation and Benefits, to lead and shape our client’s total rewards strategy. This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of compensation frameworks, benefits design, and market trends. The position involves close interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and colleagues across various regions.
Responsibilities
3. Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits strategies across the organization
4. Lead benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures
5. Oversee annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and incentive programs
6. Evaluate job grades, salary ranges, and job descriptions to ensure alignment between role responsibilities, organizational level, and compensation
7. Manage relationships with external providers (, pension and insurance providers)
8. Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and applicable regulations
9. Advise senior leadership on compensation trends and workforce planning
10. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in total rewards offerings
11. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure employee service excellence
Profile
12. Proven experience in a senior compensation and benefits role, ideally in a multinational environment
13. Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
14. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
15. In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and relevant legislation
16. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
17. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
18. Fluency in English; German advantageous
