As Shuttle Driver / Guest Services Hosts, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: Deliver and pick-up guest, host or requested items according to the standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested and escort guests accordingly throughout the resort. Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests, and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles. Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles and ensure they are in good working condition. Coordinate with departments for transfer related issues and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel if needed. Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including lobby and report any defects. Maintain an accurate working knowledge of the local area, streets and directions. Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
