For IbexTM Solutions, our unique biological manufacturing and development concept in Visp, Switzerland, we are looking for a Laboratory Technician (m/f/d) in Visp in our team in Mammalian Purification Development. In this role, you will work hands-on in our state-of-the art laboratories and interact with international, cross-functional teams to develop purification processes for the manufacture of novel biotherapeutics.

What you’ll do:
5. Execute and document experimental lab work of project-specific downstream process development activities according to defined expectations and schedule
6. Generate and collect high quality data in collaboration with individual scientists and lab technicians
7. Contribute to the evaluation, maintenance and qualification of lab equipment
8. Ensure appropriate maintenance of the workplace, share and implement best practices for lab and equipment management
What we are looking for:
9. Lab technician degree or comparable qualification
10. Biotechnology expertise and knowledge in the area of downstream process development (chromatography and tangential flow filtration) is an advantage
11. Structured, focused and well-organised working attitude, open-minded for new ideas and suggestions, high motivation and dynamic drive
12. Good knowledge of English and basic German is required
