This is a strategic global brand-building mandate in a capital-intensive, structurally growing infrastructure industry.
* You shape how we are perceived in Europe, the Middle East, and North America
* Position us clearly as a Swiss-quality, high-engineering transformer specialist
* Integrate multiple acquired brands into one strong, coherent market identity
* Support commercial expansion into strategic verticals (data centers, battery storage, photovoltaic, other renewables, industry, infrastructure)
* You will work closely with the CEO and our executive/ business leadership.
Your Mission
Global Brand Positioning
* Develop compelling value propositions by transformer type and customer segment, including high-growth applications such as data centers, battery storage and photovoltaic systems
* Strengthen visibility in Germany, North America, and the Middle East
* Align brand messaging across all subsidiaries and factories
Strategic Market Communications
* Develop compelling value propositions by transformer type and customer segment
* Translate technical excellence into clear commercial storytelling
* Create high-impact thought leadership content, e.g. corporate presentations, case studies
Market Awareness & Visibility
* Define outcome-based presence at major trade fairs and industry events
* Strengthen digital presence (website, LinkedIn, industry platforms)
* Coordinate PR activities in key markets
Commercial Enablement
* Support sales teams with high-quality marketing tools
* Develop segment-specific campaigns for target regions
* Support entry into new geographies through strategic positioning
Brand Integration & Transformation
* Harmonize branding across acquired entities
* Support cultural and visual integration
* Develop a clear, premium visual identity

Your Profile
Required Experience
* 8–15+ years in transformer industry, power equipment, or electrical infrastructure
* Strong understanding of utility procurement and industrial customer landscape
* Experience in multi-country industrial organizations
* Exposure to Europe and Middle East; North America experience advantageous
