Responsibilities
Driving the Scrum framework and facilitate events
Support Product Owner in maintaining the Product Backlog
Manage Sprint Backlog
Close cooperation with the team and with the customer
Spreading and fostering an Agile mindset in the project teams
Coaching team in Scrum framework
Proactively supporting the development team in solving impediments, blockers
Continuously improving the process in order to ensure better quality, faster delivery, and effective working mode
Reporting the implementation progress to internal and external stakeholders
Delivery monitoring and planning
Skills
Must have
Master degree
Experience as Scrum Master is required, 3 years of working experience in Agile environments
Background in software engineering, software development and/or automotive
Experience in team leading and in customer facing roles
Able to identify and solve problems by adopting existing procedures, techniques and methods
Able to actively contribute to improvements and changes
Taking full responsibility for actions, delivery, and encouraging others to do the same
Having a good understanding of the group's joint tasks
Seen as a person who takes full responsibility and encouraging others to do the same
Seen as someone who colleagues can trust
Working independently but being a team player
Leadership experience
Good leadership and communication skills, including fluent in English
Nice to have
Knowledge and practice in SAFE or LeSS frameworks
Able to facilitate Agile practices in Jira/Confluence/AI or other tools
Challenges and constraints within the automotive domain
