SAP Finance SpecialistMissionWithin the Management division and the Systems department, the SAP Finance and Management Control Specialist has the primary mission of developing and maintaining the company's ERP and related systems in the Finance and Management Control domains, based on business and technical requirements, and ensuring its operation. They also contribute to the implementation of technologically complex and/or impactful projects for the end user.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment- Analyzes the company's and business functional needs and defines the technical characteristics of the solutions.- Defines system requirements derived from functional and non-functional requirements (availability, security, performance).- Develops technical solutions and proposes the modules or functionalities to be implemented, evaluates them, and proposes choices adapted to the needs.- Configures, tests, and implements the SAP environment allowing the proper execution of financial and management control processes for the business lines (FI / CO / VIM modules).- Conducts testing and acceptance phases of solutions and their implementation.- Advises and collaborates within the framework of projects.Support- Monitors the proper functioning of the ERP within their functional scope.- Advises and provides technical assistance to users and resolves ERP defects within their scope.- Manages change requests within their scope.- Creates and updates documentation (models, interface specifications, test procedures, user manuals, etc.).Management- Participates in project phases related to the development and maintenance of the company's ERP, by ensuring functional analysis, development, and technical support, in compliance with the norms and standards in force within the company.Security, Compliance, and Audit:- Contribute to the management of system security - access, roles, and permissions and ensure compliance with internal and external security and data confidentiality standards (GDPR, ).- Ensure the maintenance of documents and procedures in line with the company's DRP - Disaster Recovery Plan objectives.- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure the solution's compliance in their functional domain with security and quality standards.- Control compliance with usage rules.Profile sought- Degree in Information Systems or IT Project Management.- Minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent position in an SAP environment, ideally including a project management dimension.- Excellent understanding of financial flows and management control in an international environment.- Experience in S4 environments and solid functional knowledge of SAP modules: FI / CO / VIM.- Experience with SD / PP / CS / MM modules.- Experience in integration with Middleware (BOOMI appreciated) and interface monitoring.- Knowledge of ServiceNow appreciated (incident / change / case management).- Mastery of ITIL methodologies - Implementation of best practices in change, incident, and problem management.- Experience in supporting or implementing electronic invoicing (ideally in Europe) and/or mastery of regulatory requirements in terms of VAT would be a plus.- English level B2 minimum.- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with a structured approach.- Ability to work and communicate transversally with technical and functional teams and all stakeholders.- Be proactive.- Autonomy and versatility.- Ability to monitor and adapt to technological developments. jid11a01b9aen jit0520aen jpiy26aen
