As a globally leading company, the LPG® Group is a French company that has been developing non-invasive and non-aggressive solutions for body shaping, facial rejuvenation, and physiotherapy. Today, these are distributed in more than 100 countries to professionals in health and beauty as well as to end consumers. Endermologie® treatments are one of the key products of the LPG® Group, especially CELLU M6 Infinity®. Mechanically, cells are reactivated. The technology is used for both therapeutic applications (scars, lymphatic drainage, edema, burns, etc.) as well as aesthetic applications (body shaping, cellulite, skin firmness, wrinkles, etc.). To further expand our activities at LPG Switzerland, we are looking for a Sales Manager for Devices in West Switzerland.Sales Manager for Devices in West Switzerland (m/f)Your mission: You report to the subsidiary LPG Switzerland and are responsible for the business development of our LPG technologies in your area. Your main tasks include acquiring and building a portfolio of new customers (independent and large customers), preparing sales tours by optimizing geographical coverage and the presentation of LPG technologies, presenting sales arguments, addressing objections, negotiating and closing sales, proposing solutions tailored to the needs of prospects and clients, and supporting clients in developing their business activities. You will also be responsible for recording and tracking activities, orders, and financing documents in the CRM system, accompanying customers during the start-up and establishment of their technologies, conducting regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction, and performing technology demonstrations for customers and prospects. Additionally, you will participate in trade events (exhibitions, workshops, open days) and maintain a network of partners and market players to optimize local market presence. Furthermore, you will promote complementary high-value services offered by external partners, occasionally accompany new sales managers in their customer care efforts, and handle tasks assigned by supervisors in the sales activity.Your profile: You have initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in devices, professional technologies, or solutions for health, aesthetics, or wellness sectors. You appreciate a field activity that combines sales development, product demonstrations, and customer support. You possess excellent German language skills, essential for developing business in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, good French skills to navigate in a bilingual environment, and a sense of or interest in technologies in health, aesthetics, or wellness. You stand out for your business development acumen, ability to acquire new customers and open new customer accounts, agility in presenting and demonstrating technical solutions, independence in planning your sales tours, and your ability to build trust with your customers and support them long-term. Your careful working style in commercial follow-up and in using CRM tools is also important.Employment conditions: Employment type: permanent contract. Location: Switzerland – LPG Switzerland.
