Job Description- Oversee all F&B operations across multiple sites and guarantee service quality.- Supervise, structure, and develop a team of managers.- Optimize staffing and financial performance (revenue, costs, productivity).- Make quick decisions and ensure stability in a seasonal environment.- Develop offerings and contribute to the F&B strategy.Desired Profile- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality, including multi-site management experience.- Proven experience in managing large teams (100) and mastering financial issues (P&L, staffing, productivity).- Strong leadership and ability to impose a demanding framework on restaurant managers.- Highly adaptable: able to transition from strategic oversight to on-the-ground action.- Resilience under pressure and strong decision-making capability.- Proficiency in French and English (German and Italian are a plus).- Experience in mountain environments is appreciated.
