The Renens Concert Hall was built in and is a listed landmark. The main hall can accommodate between 500 and 800 people. Each year, persons attend the 150 events (shows, concerts, assemblies, conferences, etc.) or the 400 sessions in one of the 3 venues. To supervise and strengthen the team dedicated to the Concert Hall, we are looking for a: Team Leader.Missions: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for: - Leading the team of agents and assistants as well as managing human resources, budget, etc. - Managing and adjusting processes - Maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the premises - Setting up and organizing technical equipment and furniture - Ensuring safety standards, particularly fire safety - Welcoming visitors Requirements: - Federal certificate of concierge or equivalent title - Qualification in fire protection safety (or willingness to train) Experience: - Proven experience in leading a field team in a similar setting- At least 5 years of proven experience in maintenance; solid knowledge of cleaning products, coatings, and familiarity with necessary tools Personal skills: You have a sense of hospitality and service. You are motivated, autonomous, and demonstrate leadership with excellent communication skills. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and open to change.
