 
        
        On behalf of our client, a leading international mobility company, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist.
This role focuses on B2B fleet sales and technical transport solutions to clients across various industries.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in selling fleet vehicles or related B2B technical products and has a consultative, solution-oriented approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies in transport, construction, logistics, and related sectors.
 * Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering tailored vehicle and mobility solutions.
 * Conduct product and service presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
 * Negotiate contracts, manage tenders, and coordinate custom fleet offers in line with customer needs.
 * Collaborate internally with departments such as operations, marketing, finance, and after-sales
 * Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to adjust strategy
 * Maintain up-to-date CRM records, forecasts, and reporting
 * Attend trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings as a company representative
Candidate Profile:
 * 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales of fleet vehicles, technical equipment, construction products, or transport solutions
 * Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales
 * Business fluent German
 mandatory; additional languages such as English, French, or Italian are considered a plus
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
 * Comfortable working independently and managing complex client needs
 * Tech-savvy, with CRM experience and proficiency in MS Office
 * Willingness to travel within the region as needed
