Description As a Senior Clinical Specialist - field based, you will be the first point of contact for orthodontists in your region of Switzerland and southern Germany (Konstanz, Lindau, Ravensburg, Villingen-Schwenningen, Tuttlingen and/or the Western part of Austria). Your responsibilities include clinical education, communication, and support for both external and internal customers. Your goal is to provide customers with the best clinical education and assist them in becoming experts in Invisalign techniques, thereby increasing their clinical confidence. You will travel within your designated area to visit doctors in their practices to enhance their knowledge of the Invisalign system.
Key Responsibilities Drive growth and build clinical confidence of customers through education on Align’s innovative clinical solutions and ClinCheck software.
Provide expertise, training, and guidance to marketing and commercial teams, ensuring they have sufficient clinical knowledge of the company's products.
Investigate and analyze clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events.
Implement educational programs to boost clinical confidence among doctors, working closely with customer support and sales teams.
Provide clinical support and education to orthodontists, DSO organizations, and universities as needed.
Coordinate and execute Align educational programs to meet business goals.
Contribute independently or through team efforts on key projects.
Work with the sales team to achieve territory business objectives.
Plan visits, group sessions, and face-to-face study clubs independently, seeking opportunities to enhance customer learning and digital workflow adoption.
Conduct field visits independently at least 70% of the time.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Bachelor’s degree in dentistry, orthodontics, or a related dental qualification.
Fluent in German (written and verbal) and fluent in English.
Willing to travel up to 70% within Switzerland and southern Germany.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer relations within the medical/dental field.
Strong communication skills, including presentations and correspondence, with influencing abilities.
Ability to manage multiple demands effectively, prioritize, and keep stakeholders informed.
Driving license (category B).
Proficient in MS Office applications.
