About Keyrock

Mission: Support and develop our infrastructure using an evolving tech stack, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and architects to develop features, integrate liquidity sources, and structure financial systems. Engage in technical discussions to iterate on architecture, especially focusing on low-latency trading systems, algo trading, and crypto/DeFi.
Responsibilities:
Implement, set up, and deploy trading algorithms, and approve technical approaches for use cases.
Assist product managers in planning technical solutions, making trade-offs within the engineering guidelines.
Mentor team members and participate in code reviews.
Review performance metrics to identify weaknesses and optimize activities.
Document processes thoroughly.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of backend development experience (e.g., C++, Rust, Go, Java).
Proficiency in Rust is essential.
Interest or experience in trading, financial markets, and order book algorithms.
Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have:
At least 1 year in DeFi, Web3, or DAO environments.
Familiarity with AWS and non-EVM chains.
The role prefers candidates based in Europe timezone.

Debrief on the challenge.
Final team meeting.
