We are seeking an experienced RF Drive Test Engineer for a contractual role in Germany. The ideal candidate should have strong drive test coordination experience along with hands‑on expertise in drive test tools and log analysis platforms. The role involves coordinating drive test activities, analyzing network performance data, and supporting RF optimization teams to improve overall network quality.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage RF Drive Test activities across assigned regions.
Perform drive testing for LTE/5G networks and ensure proper data collection.
Analyze drive test logs to identify coverage issues, interference, and network performance gaps .
Use tools such as TEMS Cloud, TEMS Paragon, and Actix for log analysis and reporting.
Support network optimization teams by providing insights and recommendations based on test results.
Generate and maintain drive test reports and performance analysis documentation .
Work closely with RF planning, optimization, and field teams to resolve network issues.
Ensure proper test route planning and execution according to project requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong Drive Test coordination experience in telecom networks.
Hands‑on experience with TEMS Cloud, TEMS Paragon, and Actix .
Good understanding of LTE/5G RF parameters and KPIs such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, throughput, and call drop analysis.
Ability to analyze logs and provide optimization recommendations .
