The Opportunity
The Head of Finance and Controlling will oversee all financial activities within the LSMS Switzerland group, ensuring financial health and strategic guidance. The role involves managing the finance team, developing strategies, and ensuring compliance, with a particular focus on Supply Chain Controlling. Collaboration with the finance teams of both Biognosys and Bruker is essential.
Your Profile
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
* Proven senior financial management experience, including Supply Chain Controlling
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
* Proficiency in financial software such as S/4HANA and SAC
* Understanding of US and Swiss GAAP
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
* Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the finance and controlling team across multiple Swiss locations, focusing on Supply Chain Controlling
* Collaborate with executives to develop and implement business strategies ensuring financial sustainability
* Analyze financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
* Maintain financial policies promoting transparency and accountability
* Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
* Support M&A activities and business development with financial insights
* Drive finance projects within the Bruker Corporation
